Today’s doctors receive little. If any, Training in nutrition, Modern medicine revolves around “a pill for every ill”.
And that’s the way the sickness industry wants to keep it.
Once you start asking questions, you can’t stop.
You see good health make a lot of sense, but it doesn’t make a lot of £££. Heart disease and cancer are the top two killers in the U.S annually.
Additionally each year 39,000 people die to unnecessary surgery and other errors in hospitals.80,000 people die due to other infections in hospitals. And a staggering 106,000 people die due to adverse drug reactions. Total till now is 255,000.

Every single person in the world, every culture, every language, every country, every person in the world know it ” you are what you eat“.
Food does matter to your health and happiness.
The super market, symbol of the highest standard of living in this country today. these products come from farms and ranches despite distance and season. they are the result of a miraculous agriculture. Maintaining farm-fresh quality all the way to your dinner table!
How old is your food? if you think about it, your food really in the best of times is travelling between 1500 and 2000 miles before you get it, and is at least a week old. I am talking in general, maybe we can get an apple and pear in UK which they have been locally grown and would get to us in the best shape and form after 4 days of picking minimum.
Which then becomes the next question, how much nutrition value are you getting from food that’s at least five days old by the time you go to farmers market to purchase it.
And if you are lucky you’re getting maybe 40% of what you need.
Nearly every foods you find in the super store in the big city has been processed, it has been the light of the shops quite often nutrients have deteriorated or disappeared from the food by the time it gets onto the plate.
We for whatever reason decided we’re going to spray everything with every kind of pesticide,Herbicides, fungicides, we decided we’re going to genetically modify things which we don’t know anything about.
And one of the Major problems is of course the soil and what we do to the soil and the air and the water and everything we take in our food. soils are used and used and used and nutrients drawn out of the soils and the soils become new deserts and that’s happening worldwide.
And we do really need to look in to our system of agriculture and what we are really eating and how we are producing our food.
The so-called fertiliser is made up of three, mainly three minerals, NPK, Nitrogen, Phosphorus and potassium. Well, that’s nice. But the problem is the soil requires approximately 52 different minerals. so, where is the calcium and the magnesium and the manganese and the zinc and the Iron and all of the other things! They Are Missing!!
But when the soil is deficient, the plants also are deficient and weakened, and they lose their defences, the bugs come and attack them and the disease, the fungus and other disease come and attacks them. So now they come crying to the chemical company, say, ” well, our plants are dying and they wont grow and we have pests” and of course the chemical companies are terribly happy to sell them pesticides and fungicides and grow stimulants and all kinds of other things.
Through his intellect, “Man” has developed a superiority over every other form of animal life, from his modern chemistry, biology, and dedicated research have come thousands of effective chemical compounds all to help revolutionise the productivity of our own agriculture.
Even if we eat just commercial vegetarian food, we get deficient toxic food, because with all these pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and chemicals and sprays, and all of that the food is not healthy. And its deficient, so we can’t help but be deficient and toxic.
And then we cook it! the studies show that even if you slightly steam your food, you’re going to lose the enzymes that are in it.
The simplest thing is that there are live enzymes or live workers inside of foods that help with your body’s digestion of foods And the use of the nutrients that are there.
So raw food should be a part of every body’s diet.
When you cook food the immune system reacts to it as a toxin. Most people don’t know that and they would love to grill, bake or fry their food till it gets brown or burnt, whatever we are cooking over 40-42 C or 112 F it has been over cooked and there is no nutrients in your food anymore, also you have made that food as toxin for your body, you are asking how? I am telling you now by the scientific facts;
When you cook your food, the body goes through a process called digestive Leukocytosis, where it starts generating white cell activity against the cooked food you’ve eaten, presumably the cooking process has bastardized the food structure in a way that the body can not recognize and so the body is now treating that food as a toxin. That’s not a good thing for your body to do that to the food that you’re hoping is going to nourish it.
There was a Swiss doctor by the name of Paul kouchakoff. He was the first to show in the 1930s that if you ate a diet that was more than 51% cooked food, that your body would react to the food as if it was being invaded by a foreign organism. Dr, kouchakoff was the first to demonstrate that if 51% of your meals were raw that you would have no Leukocutosis or you would actually have no white blood cell reaction, so your immune system would not be activated with a false alarm.
Because we’re dealing with so many immune system issues today, we have to make sure that at least 51% of every meal that we have is raw. So we don’t over burden that already burdened immune system.
How would you build a building and you expect to last 100 years if you put poor building materials in. same thing with your body. How can you expect your body last for a long and enjoyable lifetime if you don’t put the proper building blocks there?If you eat garbage you are going to get garbage.
Dr D Rogers has mentioned on his medical journal, Think of it as chronic malnutrition, because that’s what’s going on. That’s why people are tired. You’re not supposed to be tired in the afternoon. You’re supposed to be alive and vibrant.
This has led people naturally to discover superfoods and discover that certain foods have an extraordinary quality of vitamins and minerals and all kinds of cofactors and enzymes, and you know, special chemicals that, for example, will cause us to live longer, will cause our skin to be softer, et cetera.
Spirulina was consumed in Mexico city as the primary protein source for 5,000 years.
Spirulina is the highest protein content food in the world. The Max Planck institute discovered that 50% of Protein is destroyed in any food once you cook the food. Therefore super food, plant based protein sources are going to be a key food of the future.
Because we can get all the proteins from those sources they have been undamaged by heat and they are completely absorbable. They can be liquefied easily. That’s what I am saying by absorbable.
How much energy do you think it takes to turn spirulina into a liquid and get in your body? You put spirulina in water, its already liquefied, you drink it, it will go right into your cells like that. But a Steak requires a massive amount of energy to liquefy it and make it absorbable by your digestive system.

CACAO beans stack up on the mineral content against anything in the world. It’s the highest natural source of magnesium, it’s the highest natural source of chromium, its very likely the highest natural source of iron.
Its very likely the highest natural source of manganese. Highest contents of Zinc, copper, all the co factors needed for a healthy metabolism its in the cacao bean. Its one of the highest vitamin C content foods in the world but all processed chocolate has no vitamin C in it. because heat destroys Vitamin C. it has the highest antioxidant content.
That means that if we are really going to take advantage of what we learned in nutrition, that antioxidants protect us from DNA damage, viral damage, cancer, protect us from skin damage, et cetera, et cetera.

We probably as a culture have got our values inverted. we’d rather spend money on rent than we would on the best food ever. Or we’d rather spend money on a car or a house than feeding our children with the best superfoods that have ever been discovered in the world.
Because we don’t know, its just a values inversion because we just got confused. I have certainly would not know if I would not get into this field and research deeper and deeper and crave more for information every day to see how I can still heal my body to this day. We have to invest in our family by buying the proper food, super foods which is the basis for our health and happiness.
Dr Dean Ornish M.D has Done a really good Job with people who have severe cardiovascular disease and he puts them on a strict diet which is basically a vegetarian diet. That means a plant-based diet, a high fibre diet, loaded with vitamins and nutrients, and good things that grow in the ground or at least ground that is organically tended. Ornish also has new stress reduction and these people are able to arrest or reverse cardiovascular disease in a year or two.
The cause of cardiovascular disease, therefore, is failure to take the vitamins and a failure to eat right. The good news is that even people with advanced cardiovascular disease, when they start taking the nutrients, and they change their diet, they can arrest it or reverse it without surgery.
Anybody who is reading this right now, has at some level made a choice that they want to do something that is going to improve their lives, their family’s lives, their kids’ lives, and the life of the planet itself.
If that is our choice, then our food choices must correlate with that because if you’ve ever flown in a plane and you look out the window of the plane and you see what’s down there, you see it’s all farms. The primary way that we are interacting with our planet is through agriculture and if we change our food choices, we change agriculture, and all of a sudden we shift away from for example, corn, wheat, soy “diets,” ( which mainly been genetically modified ) over to super food diets and organic diets and raw food diets, and we shift the whole way that we literally interact with the planet.
The number one thing we are doing on this planet is growing things.
In spite of all the chemical control, giant agricultural businesses, we are still growing stuff.
We could grow genetically modified corn or we could grow the most extraordinary Acai berries in the world.
When I look at cancer rates going up, heart disease going up, stroke going up, Alzheimer’s and senile dementia, and cognitive impairment going up, a change is due.
Clearly the old ways aren’t working. and what we need to do, is we need a fresh paradigm and we need to go back to basics and basics is all about going back to look at these cultures who don’t get these problems, in the same way that if you want to be a millionaire, go talk to a millionaire, don’t talk to the guy down at the pub still recovering from the last golden opportunity. Go find these people living 100 years routinely without cancer or heart disease, and see if you can figure out how they are doing it.
we have done that work. We have done science. It’s been done over the last 100 years, and its been completely ignored.
I feel very strongly that the best doctor in the world, the best nutritionist in the world is YOU.
You actually have everything inside you, all the equipment necessary, to feel if something is right for you or not.
When we choose raw, organic, plant-based foods, we take our power back and we decide that we are going to have quality and that we are not going to suffer from some 50 ingredients that are in processed foods sitting in super markets shelves for months and carrying of chemicals we have never even heard of before.
I am not a big advocate of preaching vegetarianism to everybody or veganism or even raw food-ism, but we do know for a fact that a 51% to 80% raw organic plant-based diet that covers all the different facets of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, seaweed, sprouts, grasses, superfoods and herbs, is a massively valuable part of a healthy and wonderfully abundant lifestyle.
There is no magic bullet, there is no monotherapy that cures cancer, heart disease or any other chronic diseases but there is a lifestyle change that prevents, arrests and reverses serious chronic disease.
The solutions are here. They have always been here. The only thing that’s left is just the education and take the responsibility towards our health. I am convinced, once people know what the solution is they will act on it.
