Thanksgiving Pecan Cookie Pops!!!


This Thanksgiving vegan Pecan Cookie pops not only very fun and easy to make but also they are Gluten free, Dairy free, Refined Sugar-free and Vegan!!!

A very fun and easy recipe that requires very little planning, for busy parents and last minutes thanks-giving sweet treats! you don’t have time, no problem just mix this ingredient up together and dip it in chocolate sauce, ready to enjoy in no time!

As you May know, Persian Rose Petals have a very special place in my heart from my origin birthplace and I would almost use it daily on my food but in this recipe I have used it as a topping for my cookie Pops as well as pistachio and coconut flakes. Go with whatever you have in your pantry but this diverse topping was not only pleasing to eyes but also had extra texture and warmth in my mouth!

If you have plenty of time then you can try to make my PUMPKIN PIE! you can make it from scratch as I have used gluten free, dairy free crust and came out very delicious. First time but succesful! 

These cookie pops are deliciously simple to make and are crowd pleasure! when you are around your family this Thanksgiving, you can surprise everyone with this delicious recipe! Add your little magic to it and pour it with love <3

Is also fun for the kids to get involve and make this with you. I have made them previously for  Move-Fit  Exhibition in London and guess what? sold out in the first 2 hours, perfect snack for any time of the day!

This recipe personally is my go-to pick-me-up sweet treats!! especially when I am on a long research project or between meeting with clients.

The nuts will provide the good amount of protein as well as good source of Omega 3 fatty acids. unsaturated fats (mono & Polyunsaturated) lower bad cholesterol level. controlling your appetite, therefore,  affect your weight control. Almond has got the highest calcium among other nuts. also, vitamin E, copper, magnesium and biotin source.

Pecan however not only has all the above benefits but also helps with stimulating Hair growth, prevent hair loss, helps maintain a clear complexion, The outside appearance of our skin depends upon how we treat it from the inside. Thus, adequate nutrition is inevitable for maintaining a healthy skin and preventing skin problems. The toxins inside your body can make your skin suffer by causing breakouts, dullness and excess oil. Pecans are a good source of fibre which can do wonders for your health and hence, for your skin. It aids in the elimination of toxins and waste from the body, thereby improving the appearance of your skin.

On the other hand, the dates would benefit you by having fibre, Iron, niacin, folate, vitamin B6 and minerals like; potassium, manganese, magnesium and copper to boost the nervous system.

It will also boost your energy as well as helping with healthy bowel movement which is super important for our longevity!

minerals present to strengthen the bones and presence of organic sulphur reduce allergic reaction!

I guess I don’t need to talk about raw chocolate and cacao powder as we all know is full of Antioxidant which fights with free radicals and helps with the cardiovascular system as well as an anti-ageing effect!

you can make a bigger batch of this cookie dough and keep it in a freezer, whenever you fancy some treats just take them out and make a quick chocolate sauce! viola!!!

These deliciously simple making cookie pops are such a crowd pleaser and perfect choice to have for this holiday season as a dessert or snack! Gluten free, Dairy free, refined sugar-free and vegan.

Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup Pecan
  • 1 cup Almond pre soaked or sprouted
  • 1 1/2 cup medjool dates pitted
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt

Chocolate Sauce

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or coconut blossom nectar


  1. Process almonds and Pecans in the food processor until they resemble small pieces.

  2. Add vanilla and salt and pulse

  3. Add dates and process well, dough should be sticky

  4. Remove from processor and roll into balls

  5. Freeze while you prepare the chocolate sauce

  6. Whisk chocolate ingredients over low heat on a medium size bowl, remove from heat after all the ingredients mixed well

  7. Remove cookie dough balls from the freezer and insert a stick through the middle

  8. Dip the balls into chocolate sauce and refrigerate. You can choose to double coat the cookie balls if you have remaining chocolate.

  9. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. I am sure it would not last that long as everyone would ask for more.
